I-Caspa is a unique initiative founded by experienced Support Care Workers Sandy Stone, with a profound passion for the performing arts, and Lindy Holmes, an experienced vocalist with a background in the music industry. With over a decade of dedication to the disability community, they both recognized the transformative potential of a program that empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities to explore singing and performance skills using professional-grade sound equipment.

At I-Caspa, our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities through the transformative power of music and performance. We provide inclusive, person-centered support that enables our participants to express themselves creatively, build confidence, and engage with their communities in meaningful musical settings. Through collaboration, respect, and a commitment to accessibility, we create opportunities for every performer to shine, on stage and beyond.

I-Caspa brings a fun and uplifting energy to every performance with the help of its vibrant mascot, Miss You-Can Toucan. Lovingly imagined, designed, and brought to life by Sandy’s talented daughters, Amali and Sari. Miss You-Can is a colorful symbol of creativity, encouragement, and joy. With her bold feathers and bright spirit, she inspires everyone she meets to believe in themselves, and reminds us all that you can too achieve anything you set your mind to.
